At Velora, we stand behind our product with a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a request.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have used the product consistently for a minimum of 30 days before requesting a refund. We require adequate time for the product to work as intended.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 60-day window from your confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • You must return all unused product and empty bottles to our fulfillment address before a refund is processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • You must provide your original order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of your experience with the product.
  • Refunds are limited to one per household. Customers who have previously received a refund are not eligible.
  • Refunds apply to first-time purchases only. Bundle orders, repeat orders, and subscription orders are not eligible for a full refund — store credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Orders where the customer cannot provide proof of consistent use
  • Opened products that have not been returned
  • Orders placed more than 60 days ago
  • Duplicate or fraudulent orders
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers

Damaged Items

We carefully package all Velora products to prevent damage during shipping. However, we consider an item damaged only if the product itself is physically defective or broken upon arrival. Packaging issues such as dented boxes with intact products are not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@realvelora.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage in your email. If the item qualifies, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
